Amador Valley Campus Rentals
Amador Valley High School campus is not for public use, this includes the use of our track and tennis courts on the weekends. If you are interested in using a facility within Pleasanton Unified School District, here is a little information on how to go about requesting a facility rental with us.

Also, when completing the reservation request you can choose "bill me by mail" (you can always cancel the reservation up to 3 business days before the event without being billed). Please be aware that the billing is subject to change before final approval depending on modifications to the reservation.
Please note, as of 2020 (due to constant changes with County regulations regarding COVID), we no longer approve year-long rentals. We do however rent out 3 months at a time, in some instances, the site may approve a 6-month rental and allow for extensions closer to the end date. All of our rentals go through the Facilitron website, I do not have access to view availability, as each school site manages its internal calendar. For this reason, the request goes directly to the school site for approval before it comes to the district office for final approval.
We cannot give "quotes", however, once you complete the process of creating a reservation request, the system will total the fees based on facilities used and hours of rental.
If you are unsure of the facility you would like to request, you may browse the website for photos and capacity limits on each facility available for rent.
