AVHS Digital Registration Begins Friday, July 31st.

AVHS Digital Registration 2020-2021

PART I:  VOLUNTEER sign-ups, PURCHASE school items, and/or DONATE ONLINE 

  • LOG IN to the AVHS FutureFund site at https://amador.futurefund.com/ to support our PTSA, PPIE, Athletics Boosters, Friends of Music, and participate in Senior Parent Committee events; donate to school departments and programs; and purchase ASB membership
  • Yearbook Orders will be done directly through Herff Jones.  Starting on August 4th, the 2021 yearbooks will be on sale through yearbookordercenter.com.
  • Photos (Studio One) will be taken at a later date
  • PE Clothes and Parking Passes will be available for sale at a later date
  • Please visit our Digital Club Fair to sign up for clubs


PART II:  Please UPDATE your child(ren)’s REGISTRATION information

  • LOG IN to the Q Parent Connection portal at https://sis.pleasantonusd.net/ParentPortal/ with your Q PIN and password (a physical copy of this was mailed to all families)
  • CLICK on the blue “Online Registration/Emergency Info” link at the top right side of the page to begin the 6-step process
    *CLICK REVIEW/UPDATE, CONFIRM, and SUBMIT at each step to update/review your information (even if there are no changes)
    • STEP 1: Contact Demographics - parent/guardian current email, employer, occupation, and phone number(s)
    • STEP 2: Student Demographics
    • STEP 3: Emergency Contacts - “Contact/Release” is the recommended option
    • STEP 4: Health Information
    • STEP 5: Releases and Affirmations
    • STEP 6: Signature - sign electronically to indicate registration is complete
  • COMPLETE Steps 2-6 for each of your students
  • Self certify your RESIDENCY online. This year, parents/guardians will be able to self-certify their address. If you have moved, and now have a different address than what is listed in the Student Information System, please contact your school site registrar (lpipe@pleasantonusd.net) to provide the new address and proof of residency.  This can be completed via email.  
  • PRINTING will not be needed this year, as in-person Walk-Through registration is suspended for the 2020-2021 school year.

PARTE II:  Por favor  ACTUALIZE los siguientes pasos en LÍNEA   

  • INICIAR SESIÓN en  Q Parent Connection  o   https://sis.pleasantonusd.net/ParentPortal/  usar su Q PIN # & la clave
  • HAZ CLICK en las palabras azules  “Online Registration/Emergency Info”  seguir el proceso con los siguientes 6 pasos
    *CLICK REVIEW/UPDATE, después de hacer los  cambio, este seguro de confirmar   CONFIRM, y  SUBMIT en cada paso, haz clic en  update/review (aunque no tengas ningún cambio)
    • PASO 1: Datos Demográficos - correo electrónico, padres de familia/tutores  empleador, profesión y números de teléfono
    • PASO 2: Información Demográfica  del estudiante
    • PASO 3: Contactos en caso de Emergencia - “Contact/Release”  (opcion recomendada)
    • PASO 4: Información de salud, seguro médico y cualquier condición médica 
    • PASO 5: Pólizas/reglas del Distrito Escolar de Pleasanton
    • PASO 6: Firma  electrónica para indicar que haz terminado la inscripción 
  • COMPLETE los Pasos de 2-6 por cada estudiante
  • IMPRIMIR no es necesario este año.
