Attendance Calls

Just a reminder that the evening automation service is just a notification. If you receive a call regarding your child's absence that you believe to be in error, please check the Parent Portal or have your child check their attendance in Q right away. Click on "Show More Detail" and it will list any absences with the date and teacher name. You can reach out to the teacher the next day and most likely it will have been resolved. There is no need to contact the front office if there are no absences listed. Thank you for your understanding! Go Dons!

Wednesday ACCESS Advisory Adjustment

Please take a moment to take note of an important change in our bell schedule on Wednesdays beginning September 2nd.

There has been a slight shift in the Wednesday schedules for students given the increased need to provide our teachers with professional development and collaboration. At a Special Board meeting held on August 19, 2020, a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Pleasanton Teachers was approved which establishes mandatory professional development and collaboration every Wednesday from 8:30am - 9:30am. Therefore, the time for the Advisory check-In (ACCESS Period) for students in grades 6-12 will now occur from 9:45am - 10:30am on Wednesdays.
